Process

If you know you are heading back and will need to pick up your vehicle, be sure to do the following to ensure prompt service:

  1. To ensure you are able to pick up in a quick manner, make sure ALL BALANCES ARE PAID IN FULL prior to pick up time.
  2. All pick ups MUST be requested and scheduled a MINIMUM of 7 days out.
  3. When large groups are coming back at the same time, there may be black out days that we are too busy to accommodate. 
  4. ONLY people that are on your list of additional people can have access to your car. You will be asked to provide a DPOA if someone is picking up your vehicle other than you and not on your list.
  5. Your photo ID will be required at the time of pick up.
  6. Fill out a Pick up Reservation Form and wait for correspondence about your reserved time. Pick ups are not set until we reach out to you about your requested date.
